« Did not stay. Host was not responsive. I checked in late on a Saturday night. Heat wouldn’t come on. Host was not responsive. VRBO was unable to get assistance. I left a message on a voice mail. « Beautiful, spacious, perfectly located apartment. Our family had a great time! Beds were comfortable, water pressure great. There were instructions for everything (except for the towel warmers we never did figure out how to put them on) Gillian offered to troubleshoot but it was fine without. Gillian was great at communicating and getting back to me. I would absolutely stay here again. »

« Our team found the flat to be not very clean, especially in the bathroom but also on the floor with hair from previous use. Also, it was not mentioned in the vrbo platform that the owner needed a 250 £ and when they demanded it, 2 days before, we were caught off guard. O the bright side, the location was top and the apartment was nicely decorated. »
