I really wanted to give a good review but I am so disappointed with my stay at this Hilton garden inn. First we were told to come back in 20 minutes as our rooms were not yet ready, so we left to have dinner and then came back an hour and a half later and still only one room was ready. Then we all crammed into the one room while waiting for the other and it was now nearing 7pm(travelling with small children so that sucks!). The room was finally ready with many excuses of it being busy. We went to the pool, it was filled with some very loud team players being rough with a volleyball so we left. Very loud inside the hotel, very rude guests, I do feel sorry for the staff but at the same time would like to be treated better. I don’t know if this is Expedia’s fault for allowing me to book into a hotel which is clearly hostile some kind of team or if this is my fault for booking with Expedia. I feel that the room readiness issue is definitely on Hilton and the not telling the kids to be less aggressive and abrasive is definitely on Hilton. I like Leduc, that’s the only nice thing I have to say!
