« I had some minor issues with the bathroom sink, but it was quickly resolved. The host was nice and responds to messages immediately. Rental is in a quiet neighborhood and is only a few minutes to downtown area by car. Since it's in a basement, it could get a little cold, but you have access to the thermostat that you can adjust as needed. The room looks just as it does on the listing. Clean, minimal, and well-lit. Overall, I had a good experience. »

« The house was great for our family. Everyone could have their own room and place to hang out after long days of activities. A few minor fixes need to occur to make the place get more stars from us, such as a piece of the basement ceiling was hanging and I was worried it would fall and hit one of the kids, the yard was unusable because it doesn’t look like it’s been cut in a very long time and possibly some other water damage and missing blinds in one of the bedrooms. « The property was great, very clean and spacious. Hosts were great and helpful with everything we needed. The only downsides are the very small garage ( we rented a Mazda CX-70 and had to park touching the far wall to fit) and the neighborhood. We walked to the Oilers stadium and to the Royal Alberta museum, but didn’t feel super safe walking around after dark. »

« If you are a concert goer and want to book a place near the venue with your large group; you have to rent this property. It was clean, modern, and such a great place to stay. Our group of seven enjoyed ourselves and had a great time lounging together on the main floor. Having a garage to park our car was a bonus. We had to drive or hire a lift to go shopping, it is not a walking neighborhood, especially at night. There is a cement factory nearby and some of the guests woke up early in the...

« Place was nice but our bed fell apart in the middle of the night. Host didn’t seem to care, so I paid 326 for two beds and one fell apart. Also, for some reason Uber charges a fee for “being out of the zone” at that address. If not for the bed, which looked like they have tries to fix before rather than replace, I thought it was nice. »

« First time staying here, usually use hotels but wanted something different. Everything was great. Recommend this place. »
