Welcome to Ephraim Escape, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This property is situated in a private and secluded residential setting, yet still minutes to downtown Ephraim.



The Space:

The amazing custom craftsmanship is shown through the entire home. Enjoy an evening on the back patio while nature surrounds you. Warm up on chilly evenings by the immaculate stone fireplace in the expansive living room. The kitchen is spacious and includes granite countertops and custom, hand-built cabinetry. The spacious master suite includes a built-in bed and dresser and includes a superior bathtub in the en-suite bathroom. The guest bedrooms and bathrooms are on the opposite side of the home to provide more privacy. The home also has a separate dining room, den and a bonus room above the garage. Everyone will feel like they are on an exclusive vacation while staying in this regal property.

- Wi-Fi (due to the rural nature of Door County, WIFI and cell phone coverage and service can vary)

- Bedroom #5: upper level (above garage), 4 trundle beds which each pull-out and open into an additional twin bed



Kitchen Amenities:

- Fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster and traditional drip coffee maker.

- Also included are dishes, utensils, glassware, wine glasses, pots, pans, baking sheets, grill utensils.



Bathrooms:

- Bathroom #1: main level, full en-suite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub

- Bathroom #2: main level, full en-suite bathroom with shower & tub

- Bathroom #3: main level, full jack and jill bathroom with shower & tub

- Bathroom #4: main level, half bathroom with sink and toilet only



Outdoor Area:

- Large back patio

- Gas grill (propane provided)

- Patio table and 12 chairs

- Living room and 2 bedrooms have direct access to the back patio through patio doors

- 2 acre secluded lot

- Room for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway or a combination to include 1 boat and trailer



*This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.



Provided:

- Bed linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided. Please bring beach towels.

- We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.

- We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.

- Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you may need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
