The main floor has a 1/2 bath, kitchen, living room, laundry closet, master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom, and access to the 1 car attached garage. The top floor has two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. One of the upstairs rooms has a writing desk, perfect for a work from home set up.

Egg Harbor is home to an annual 4th of July parade and fireworks (typically on July 3rd), and Pumpkin Patch Festival which takes place in the middle of October (typically the second weekend of October).
