KITCHENS AND DINING

The communal mess hall and summer kitchen sit in their own building, separate from the cabins, giving everyone a central place for group meals. Each cabin also has its own fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, with appliances such as an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, a toaster, a blender and a kettle. We provide cookware, a baking sheet, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a coffee maker with starter packs of Door County Coffee.

Other provided supplies include starter packs of Door County Coffee and filters, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue, and dishwasher and laundry supplies. Body soap, hair dryers, irons, hangers and cleaning products are provided. First aid kits, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers are on site.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire property, including all four cabins, the communal kitchen and mess hall, the sauna (in the same building as the summer kitchen), the fire pit, the pier and launch dock, and the outdoor seating, deck and patio areas. The garage studio is not part of the rental and is not accessible during your stay, and the boat lift is not available for guest use. Ample parking is available on the property.

Three Leaves Bayside Retreat sits on the waterfront in Egg Harbor, a village known for its charming shops, restaurants and waterfront views. Downtown Egg Harbor is a short drive away, and the area offers beautiful parks, art galleries, hiking, boating and golf. Highway 42 continues up the bay side of the peninsula through Fish Creek, Ephraim and Sister Bay.



Getting Around:

A car is the best way to get around. The property has ample parking, downtown Egg Harbor is a short drive, and Highway 42 offers a scenic route to Fish Creek, Ephraim and Sister Bay.

Three Leaves Bayside Retreat is professionally managed by DoCo Vacations, a locally owned Door County vacation rental company. DoCo arranges professional cleaning between stays and handles guest communication and after-hours phone support for emergencies or any other questions. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and our standard check-out time is 10:00 a.m.. Furniture and decor may differ from the photos.



•To comply with local regulations, this home requires Friday check-in.

•The garage studio is not included in the rental and is not accessible during your stay.

•Kayaks and paddleboards are used at your own risk, and life vests are provided.
