„The B&B itself was excellent! Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, attentive friendly hosts, and superb four course breakfast each day. The only drawback was the neighborhood. It is a short walk to many restaurants but there were a lot of vagrants along the way and we did not feel safe. The city of Buffalo can do a better job of supporting such wonderful establishments. “

„The authentic food and unique experience was amazing. Would gladly stay here again. Keep in mind it is cozy 7 quaint and lots of stuff or large people will struggle with the wiggle room but if that doesn't scare you, everything else is special. The breakfasts were divine and made us feel like we were fine dining. Loved all the extra touches provided.“

„Felt like a living museum! It was very cool to experience a stay similar to how it would’ve been way back when… The house is full of unique surprises and authentic decor. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, but especially those that are fascinated with history.“

„The casino is definitely in walking distance IF you feel safe walking down an unlit alley. The area is sketchy to say the least but the property was ok. This is a historic home for sure and not modern by any means but we loved it!“

„We so enjoyed our stay at the Marshall House. We aren’t typically the B&B type of travelers but wanted to try something different on our Niagara leg. Can’t say enough--Cherrish was so easy to work with, checking in and out was immensely easy, all of the hosts were so friendly, the daily breakfast was stellar and The Burd Room was comfy and so unique. You have your own private bathroom next to the room, and you can easily walk to the falls (approximately 10 minute walk) from the property. We ...

„I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.“

„Neighborhood, outside of the house, and stairways were sketchy! The inside of the apartment was nice and had enough space. It was great location as far as distance to Niagara, but it did not feel safe. Only down fall inside was that we didn’t get more towels until the last night of our trip. It was priced fairly! Overall the apartment was fine.“
