« First stay in this hotel and very happy with the experience. The check-in was fast and smooth with nice staff, the room was comfortable with easy adjustment of the temperature, the kettle & instant coffee were most welcome, the bathroom amenities were great, the shower was well designed with suitable water pressure. « From the moment I checked in to the check out, I have nothing but praise for the staff at this hotel. Nice to actually have people who can engage, laugh and perform their duties professionally. Yes the room I had was maybe a bit tired, the hotel is ongoing refurbishing as we speak. The room was clean, functional and was more than adequate. Great location. Can't recommend highly enough. I look forward to returning in January. »

« If you need a place in Grimsby to stay, this place is about as ideal as you could hope for. Tucked away on a side street but located within a stones throw of Grimsby town centre, its ideally located. Clean and comfortable too with a communal kitchen for all guests to use - something you don't often see! Very well priced too! There was a little hiccup with the check-in process but in fairness, it was rectified very quickly so no complaints there. Overall, a definite recommend! »
