« I stayed at the Hyatt in Kathy, Tx from 061826 thru 062126. David was very welcoming when entering the property to check in. This was the first Hyatt that I have stayed at the was not up to standards. Upon checking in the next day we discovered that the room we were staying had ants located right by the bed. « Bel Hôtel. Fréquenté par une clientèle d'affaires et de familles. Très bien tenu, propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et la proximité avec l'I-10 ne pose aucun problème de bruit. Il faut noter que les chambres possèdent des cuisines avec évier, micro-onde, vaisselle et lave-vaisselle. La climatisation est particulièrement silencieuse, ce qui est peu souvent le cas dans ce type d'établissement. Les lits sont confortables. L’hôtel est récent et bien tenu. Propre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur....

« The food and staff are good. The room was not an accessible room yet had a fold down seat and bars in the shower. The seat leaked rust, the body wash fell off the shower wall and the towels were old. The HVAC was noisy but the bed was comfortable. »

« This property was exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. The grounds were free of trash, and the atmosphere was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the comfortable beds, which made for a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the accommodating staff.
