„We had an amazing stay in the grand chalet. It’s something very special and perfect for couples. Moreover, the food is on a very high level, especially the sushi menu is amazing. The only thing I would like to be improved is the service for the pool, especially when you booked the grand chalet, you should get some more attention and service. All in all, we loved to spent our vacations there and I am sure to come back very soon!“

„The hotel is located within convenient walking distance to the city center where much activity occurs, but far enough to preclude celebratory noise, especially during Dia de Los Muertos. Staff were helpful, thorough and friendly. The accommodations were clean, nicely decorated and modern while keeping a traditional Mexican feel. Breakfast wait staff were efficient and friendly and the menu provided many options.“
