Hotels in El Carmen

„Recommendation Please get a bigger cups for the coffee Or just do refill no charge and call a day… The guests that books a room in the hotel Should have the priority to park their cars In the front row not across the street on the land field full of mud I was about to be sent there But the manager came out and save the day I suggest you guys invest and poor concrete and fix it Everything else is excellent“

„This is not a hotel, this is a very, very small property that sits on a cliff overlooking the beach. There are 3 bungalows where guest stay. There's parking space for maybe 4 vehicles inside the gated property if everyone cooperates. If you are the 5th car coming in, you are out of luck. The food is hit or missed. The people I saw inside were surfers, not a family environment.“

„I got changed and when I called the contact number for check in, I was told that the property wasn't available and I had to rent another property. Tried to get my money back and on the website there's no sección on the menu to recover the money, the person on the contact number told me that he would return the money but, when I tried to contact him with Bank information, I get no answer. !! WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY.“
