« Ilya was a very attentive host. He responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals. The pools were incredible and it’s a very short walk to the beach. One thing to note, it’s on a hill and there are lots of steep paths to get around the complex. There are some stairs too. »

« We only booked one night for my family for a weekend getaway from Tamarindo, but wish we'd stayed longer! The house was very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. It's tucked back a bit from the lovely pool which is nice, it felt very private, and the property is very close to some terrific places to eat (and the beach, of course!). We also appreciated the access to a shared washer and dryer in good condition on-site. We hope to come back soon. »

« We stayed for 3 months during the high season Dec 1-February 28, 2015. Very comfortable, everything worked and photographs are accurate. Extremely comfortable king bed in master and plenty of towels and linens, and a well stocked kitchen as well. Pool was only steps away and very refreshing. The unit was a little on the dark side and the complex attracted a lot of seniors, but overall, a 5 star stay! »

« We had our honeymoon here and absolutely loved this condo. It was super comfortable and uniquely designed, with awesome wood accents that added so much character.The balcony offered spectacular sunset views—the best we’ve seen in Costa Rica. The town is charming and walkable, with a vibe reminiscent of southern Italy.The pools, sauna, gym, and cold plunge were top-notch, and the town’s restaurants, shops, and local grocery store made everything so convenient. Total turn-key—we can’t wait to come...

« It was a last minute check in. Tim was great, communication was good. We were allowed to check in a little early as there was no one prior to us which was nice. Place was very clean and easy to get to. We don’t walk to town as we drove down the hill and parked for 2 then walked. Pool was great, not to busy, there were a few other family’s there which was nice too. »

« Beautiful property right on the beach. The condo had everything you could want for a comfortable stay and the sunsets and overall view of the ocean was magnificent. David, the owner, was very helpful with recommendations, etc. This was our first time to Costa Rica and couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. We also highly recommend using Ricardo for any your excursions. Door to door service and very friendly and knowledgeable. »
