The space
This is a completely private and separate unit from the rest of the home, but the kitchen shares a wall with a family on the other side. We have installed sound proof insulation in that wall to provide both spaces as much privacy as possible. Please understand that, similar to an apartment, you might be able to hear occasional noises from the other side of the wall.

Guest access
You will access this space through the side of the house through the gate pictured in the photos section. Guests will have access to all noted amenities and areas. There are no shared spaces in this listing
