Called aheadand asked that he book a reservation, when we arrived, it had not been done and the current concierge told us to drive to the restaurant in person and ask for reservations! Y receipt was not emailed to me, I should have asked for. Printed copy. I’ve been on hold now for 20. Invites waiting to speak with someone to get my receipt. „Rooms were not ready at 5:30 pm. Front desk staff (Vanessa) was not able and more important willing to help. We had to insist for her to call a manager to solve the problem. Basically having a guest tell the staff of a Hotel how do do there job is unacceptable. “

„Although we told in advance to have a quiet room we were given a room on the first floor next to the busy street, streetcar and construction work included. We had to insist to get another one which, then, was ok. Breakfast rather poor, typically american, especially the coffee. But the nice waitress made special coffee for us, the european way. Overall, this hotel is far too expensive for what it is offering.“

Decor was so lovely and the room was spacious, it’s nice to have a refrigerator inside of the room(in the kitchen). The only thing that could be improved is the deep cleaning. „The property was so unique and charming! The room was spacious and decorated impressively. There were no issues with checking in or out of the room. I felt safe with the codes on both doors to the residence and room. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. I didn’t use the kitchen area, but for a longer stay, I would definitely feel comfortable cooking! It was quiet the entire stay, and it is located in a decent area that I felt safe walking to and from. I am overall very impressed ...

„Liked that we had a private room with our own restroom and dinning area. However it was pretty dusty in the dinning/kitchen area. The tub was also dusty, only noticed when I turned on the water and watched as all the dirt drained. My partner and I got stuffy noses because of there dust. The bed sheets however were clean though.“
