El Sargento sits on Baja’s Sea of Cortez, beside neighboring La Ventana. Come for kiteboarding and wing foiling, mountain biking, beach days or time overlooking the bay. Local restaurants, taco stands, coffee shops and kite schools offer plenty to explore. Our guidebook includes recommendations for food, trails, beaches, excursions and pool day passes. Conditions and business hours vary; check with individual operators when planning activities.

Your booking includes private access to both homes: all five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, living areas and decks, plus the hot tub and arcade at 30 Knots. Both Infinity Game Tables and the beach equipment are included. No hosts live on-site.

The washer/dryer and ice maker serving both homes are in the laundry room in the container behind 30 Knots. The property is fenced and gated. Parking is available inside the north-side gate or directly in front of the property; keep the gate and road access clear.

Daily housekeeping is included; you can decline service whenever you prefer privacy.

Your reservation includes both 20 Knots and 30 Knots: five bedrooms with king-size Casper mattresses, four bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and separate living areas. Gather together while keeping room for privacy.

PRIVATE HOT TUB & OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the private eight-person Bullfrog X8 hot tub at 30 Knots. Bay-view decks provide places to gather, with fire tables, teak seating, a hammock, day loungers and a daybed across the two homes. Each house has its own gas barbecue.

ARCADE & GAMES
The arcade at 30 Knots includes Golden Tee PGA Tour, the Creative Arcades Sniper cabinet, GranBoard smart darts, shuffleboard, foosball, virtual pinball and huupe mini basketball. Each house also has an Infinity Game Table.

BEACH & GEAR
Four complimentary SUPs, beach chairs, sun shades, snorkeling gear, coolers and beach games are available for your group. Secure storage keeps your own equipment organized.

EVERYDAY COMFORT
Each home has internet with Starlink backup. Roku TVs have Hulu live TV, HBO Max, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime; please leave the house accounts signed in. The washer/dryer and ice maker serving both homes are in the laundry room in the container behind 30 Knots.

LOCATION & SUSTAINABILITY
The property is on the main road in El Sargento, near La Ventana. Built from single-trip shipping containers, the homes share solar generation, battery storage and a biodigester that treats wastewater for landscape irrigation. See Notes for details.

A rental car is helpful for exploring El Sargento, La Ventana and the surrounding area. Arrange an airport transfer in advance if you are arriving without one.

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), in San José del Cabo, is approximately two hours away by car. La Paz International Airport (LAP) is approximately 45–60 minutes away. Allow additional time for traffic, road conditions and airport check-in. We can help with local transport recommendations.

POOL DAY CREDIT — STAYS OF 4+ NIGHTS
Receive up to MXN $350 (about US $19) toward each of 10 individual off-site pool admissions per stay. This is one allocation per stay, not a daily allowance. The allowance is in Mexican pesos; the approximate U.S. dollar value varies with exchange rates. Guests pay any amount above MXN $350 per admission. Some venues charge more or offer packages with food/drink credit; inclusions vary. Arrange visits through Fernanda in advance to confirm prices, availability, reservations, age restrictions and venue rules. There is no swimming pool on the property.

Mística/Pitaya — Our preferred choice for a scenic pool day, with pickleball, ping-pong and Pitaya restaurant.
Casa Tara — Adults only, no children. Ocean-facing infinity pools in a peaceful wellness-retreat setting; best for quiet relaxation and couples.
Todo Bien — A laid-back boutique beachfront setting; best for relaxed lounging and ocean views.
Ventana Blue — Pool time alongside activities; best for groups who want more than lounging.
Fernanda will confirm available facilities and current entry or food/drink packages before your visit.

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping is included at no additional charge. You can decline service whenever you prefer privacy.

SHARED LAUNDRY & ICE
The washer/dryer and purified-water ice maker serving both houses are in the laundry room in the container behind 30 Knots. Flor stocks each freezer with fresh ice before arrival.

LOCATION
The property is on the main road in El Sargento, near La Ventana. The homes have bay views and beach access nearby; they are not beachfront.

SUSTAINABILITY
The homes were built from single-trip shipping containers. Across the property, 20 kWp of solar panels typically generate 75–100+ kWh per day, depending on conditions. A 35 kWh battery system provides stored power overnight and backup during local outages. The Bio-Aqua biodigester treats wastewater for reuse in landscape irrigation, reducing demand for fresh water.
