„Very cute cabin with a gorgeous lake view! We stayed during mid Sept and i thought it would be cooler. The cabin had no AC so that was the only thing that I didnt like. If you plan on going in late fall i think it would be perfect but summer might be warm. They had plenty of fans to help keep the place cooler. Overrall, we loved our stay here!“

„It was unique and an interesting piece of history. Views from the deck were fantastic. However, outside area around the plane could have been trimmed. Firepit was a mess and no desire to use it because it was in bad shape, not inviting. The dock was spongy and too small for two people to fish off of. Some of this may be due to recent rains. „Took family here for fall getaway and greatly enjoyed our time, as well as, enjoying the cabin and property. The private beach was a hit for our 7 year old son along with the games in basement. Silver lake is a nice clean lake and the neighborhood is well maintained. “

The main living area was a lovely size for relaxing and catching a movie with the family. The additional cottage worked out perfectly for our son's family. „We really enjoyed our stay. Although we could see houses on the lake, there were none directly next to us. Property was clean and gas fireplace was an added bonus. Nice screened in porch for viewing the lake and backyard. Lots of panfish to catch from the dock or provided rowboat. A great place to relax and unwind.“
