« The stay was not good at all. Nobody at check in or ever and our room wasn’t clean. We had to take another casita that was somewhat cleaner and my wife had to clean it. The main kitchen was a mess with dirty dishes that were never cleaned for the two days we were there. The next day another couple checked in and nobody to greet them. in addition, many rat droppings and tons of ants around the property. The beach and location was outstanding, that’s about it. I would definitely not recommend this...

« We absolutely loved our stay at "This Is It"! It was the perfect layout for our group and you can't beat the location. The views are incredible from every living space and there are so many great areas to enjoy the outdoors..the balcony off of the primary bedroom, the covered patio off of the main living area, and the lower patio with a BBQ. The house was extremely well equipped and had so many beach activities for adults and kids. Gail was a wonderful host and made check-in and check-out...
