« This property is very spacious and in a great location. Watching the sunset from the back patio was magical. It's near wonderful local beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and the main road to get to downtown Nassau. But far enough away from the cruise port that you can experience the local charm. The pool is saltwater so no harm to bathing suits. We could even walk down a rock ledge to swim in the ocean right behind the property. « We stayed at one of Geno's properties in Treasure Cove before starting our bareboat sailing cruise out of Palm Cay. The property was perfect for our three-generaitons family of 7. Geno also provided transportation from/to the airport and helped us with provisioning for our trip. I cannot say enough great things about Geno and his service! »

« We loved our time at Bella Vista! The location is amazing -- literally right on the beach with beautiful views. The villa had everything we needed and felt super cozy and comfortable. « We stayed here with extended family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - party of 10 was quite comfortable. Loved the private pool and the large family room and kitchen on each wing. The location is great, only 5 min from airport and right on the prettiest beach on the island. For some reason, the water seemed a brighter blue. If the water is calm, you can snorkel out to a reef about 100 yards out that is pretty good. My daughter and fiancee kayaked out to the island which was fun. ...

« If I could give this place 10 Stars, I would! 5 stars for the management, they were so great! They sent ahead a packet full of all the info about the unit and then before we traveled they sent the door codes we would need. They were very kind and let us into the place early when our flight changed to an earlier time. Nella was awesome and checked in on us to make sure all our needs were met. 5 Stars for the house. « This house was great for us. We were pleased by the updated and larger showers compared to some of the other properties. We liked the amount of seating in the living room compared to other properties. Being right next to the pool is very nice. The property had lots of floats if you wanted to do that. There weren't many dish options in the kitchen but that's an easy fix. I would absolutely stay here again. Manager was great. »
