« Front desk staff was great - very friendly and helpful. I was a little frustrated by the free shuttle; I was coming in on the train and called about 5 minutes before I got to the train station to request the shuttle. I was told I had to call back when I got off the train. So I did and then had to wait 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to come get me. It would have been great if the shuttle had been dispatched when I called. Also would have been great if the driver hadn't been texting/on his phone...

« Not à good expérience at all, we were not welcome the desk lady wasn’t nice she was rude. The bathroom in are room wasn’t clean, they didn’t have a safety deposit box. »
