« Fantastic stay at Red Tail Retreat! The mountain views from the screened back deck are incredibly serene, and we loved watching all the deer and birds. We had the (HUGE) neighborhood pool almost exclusively to ourselves. It’s exceptionally kid-friendly with almost everything you could need already provided. They allowed us to bring our dog, who seemed to need the reprieve from the bustle of the city as much as we did. Plus, the host was super responsive and attentive throughout our entire trip....

« The Mountain View’s on the property are the best around. Sunsets right in front of the deck and you see a sunset almost every night. The river down below would be visible in the winter. Otherwise the view is beautiful with the woods and distant mountain ranges. There is a gravel road just less than a mile up that leads down to the river if you decide you want to hike to the river. »
