Hotel Elm Creek Park Reserve

« Le personnel est sympathique. L'hôtel est grand et très bien tenu. La chambre était spacieuse, agréable avec micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et cafetière mis à disposition. La connexion wifi est bonne. Le parking est grand. Le petit-déjeuner déjeuner est servi dans un vaste jardin intérieur, très chouette. Seul bémol : le bruit de la climatisation et celle de la ventilation quand on est dans la salle de bain. Impossible de dormir la clim allumée ! »

« I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! »

« L'hôtel est excellent. L'aspect général est super, propre, clair. Le personnel est accueillant, toujours prêt à vous aider. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni avec du choix, même du Nutella. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient très propres. Le menage n'est pas fait tous les jours mais il suffit d'aller à l'accueil et tout est réglé. Il y a une laverie. Une boisson est offerte entre 17h30 et 18h30. Il y a près de l'hôtel deux restaurants. »

« I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, so I went in with low expectations. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom for the night, and the hotel provided that. The staff were great! Super nice. I forgot my phone charger and the guy behind the counter provided me one to borrow for the night. The room was clean and did the job. The only bad part was the bed. It was horribly uncomfortable. « The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet. »

« The breakfst was ok, could have had waffles or pancakes but the food was fresh and plentiful. I've stayed here several times and it's clean and i know it'll be clean next time. »

« I was disappointed to learn there’s a $25 fee to park here, when I checked in the front desk staff said parking is listed under amenities, I didn’t think to check there for hidden fees, if I pay extra that’s not an amenity to me. Otherwise stay was good. »

« Stayed here watching our grandsons hockey games at the Blaine Sports arena. Close stay to the arena, good restaurants close by. Nice coffee, espresso , cappuccino machine in lobby. Good pools hours that gave our grandkids time to swim Good breakfast assortment. »

« Breakfast was fantastic! Best continental breakfast I've ever had. The room was very nice and spacious, and very clean. Was a bit load in the common areas and pool area due to a group of 20 -30 teenagers. Wasn't as peaceful as I'd hoped. »
