« Very Very clean. I love going to a place that allows dogs that doesn’t smell like dogs. Staff and owner very friendly. Owner answers texts almost immediately. If you are visiting the Benezette area, this is a great option for a room. It’s very small, but cozy. This property is on a main highway, but we were planning to sleep there, not hang out. Our intent was to be outdoors looking at elk and sight seeing. My only suggestions to the owner would be either a larger Fridge in the “lobby” or small...

« Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀. »
