« Great location!!! Very family friendly neighborhood! Cyndi is a fabulous host, excellent communication and was very helpful when we inadvertently forgot something after checking out. The rental is as described and was a wonderful place for us to gather as a family. And of course, you can't beat the California sunshine! »

« Tracy was amazing to deal with! The home was beautiful and worked perfect for the six of us. Neat clean, easy access in and out. The front sitting area was perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dollhouse was enjoyed by our two grandbabies, and the fire pit was comfy and easy to use. The sitting area in the back was perfect in the afternoon to rest in. Beds were comfortable and plenty of clean towels available. We definitely would love to stay here again. »

« Most everything was as expected and advertised. We did have trouble getting one of the TV's to work and locate the channels. The 0wners came over to help but it was still too difficult to figure out with the 4 different controllers and the unusually TV service as well as the older TV. Also later on the upper level stove from was coming off and had to duct tape it back on to keep from falling open. Also the downstairs stove did not work. « Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields. »
