„This was a 3 night stay, with 11 other golfers, in the heart of Wantage, It is an old property in the town square. Rooms were small but adequate. Bathroom was well maintained and clean. (Nice towels). We dined there once and breakfasted three times. Food was good. Service was very professional and friendly. The bar was well stocked and lively whilst we were there. Only criticism was the hotel seemed very warm especially in the room. I had a fan and could open the window etc but it did not ...

„A really pleasant stay. External building is very deceiving. Does need a lick of paint the rooms but they are clean and the beds are really comfy.“

„This website says there is a restaurant and shows photos of breakfast and dining facilities. I only book hotels that do breakfast. The restaurant is closed and they do not do breakfast. This website misled me. As a result I needed to go out and purchase breakfast for my family. The receptionist I dealt with was very helpful. He should be commended for doing his best in difficult circumstances. 1. Three fresh large red/orange stains on the carpet. I came in for early check in. These stains ...

„Nur die fehlende Klimaanlage ist ein Minuspunkt.“

„Didnt book breakfast..16£ is way to expensive, for knowing in other Holiday ins you get it for free“

„Friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast, perfect respite after a challenging week, thankyou.“

„I’ve booked two standard for a trip in April 26. On arrival, we were given a family room and informed that that was the last room they had available. Entry into the room electrics in did not work it was cold with one bed settee prepared and a double bed. Upon complaint and insistence that our original booking was two standard. And given our health condition that’s the reason we chose the option after a healthy discussion and pointing out our health needs. An indicating that “Grand” should ...

„Sehr gemütliches Hotel. Nettes Personal, Restaurant sehr gut.“

„ The Gresham is a beautiful historical building, centrally located, but the interior seemed poor with worn furniture and cheap looking plastic plant decoration everywhere. The furniture in the room seemed stylessly thrown together. Very disappointing for us: We booked a Superior Room, which was pictured with a large window front, but despite our explicit request for a bright room, we ended up with a room (403) with small windows and, to top it all off, a view partially of a dark roof directly in ...

„Super freundliches Personal. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben. Internet hervorragend um auf dem Smart tv Netflix oder andere Streaming Dienste zu nutzen“

„Stunning property. Immaculate rooms and public areas. Didn’t dine here but menu looked amazing. Bar staff were knowledgeable and professional. Cocktails to die for. Will certainly be returning.“

„I put on weight due to the superb food and helpful staff. Cannot critisise at all“

„Das gut gelegene Hotel bietet ein stilvolles und sehr angenehmes Ambiente, um in die englische Lebensart zu schnuppern. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sinnvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das inklusive Frühstück ist eine angenehme Mischung aus Buffet und eine Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Frühstücksvarianten. Das im Hotel integrierte Restaurant verfügt über eine sehrgute Küche mit ausreichender Auswahl. Fazit: Sehr empfehlendswert.“
