« Adequate basic accommodation however our stay was ruined by interaction with host, who was rude, defensive and argumentative, instructing us to read the fine print when we requested a fresh roll of toilet paper at the commencement of our stay. This property requires byo toilet paper. Interior is tired and dated. You need a car here and coins for electricity meter. »

« The flat is in a good location. The balcony is the standout feature with a sea view. Lovely old building. You can walk to the beach in 10 mins and be in the harbour within 20 mins. Be warned it is uphll on the way back. Gated secure parking. The flat is functional. 2 good sized bedrooms and an open plan living area. Beds are very comfy. The cleaning left a little to be desired. Towels have seen better days. Sofa and cushions needed a fabreeze and a plump. And the interior is showing its age a...

« I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again. »

« Overall, a love experience. The property was decievingly spacious, clean and filled with great entrainment facilities. An added benefit of a washer/dryer that makes that going back home experience better. Car parking permit included also. A great way to celebrate a significant ceremony in a stunning part of the country. Would highly recommend and stay again when in the area. »

"Séjour agréable, nous avions une grande chambre avec une très grande hauteur sous plafond. On sent que l'hôtel mériterait une bonne rénovation mais c'est fonctionnel. Le plus appréciable était la piscine couverte que nous n'attendions pas (la piscine fermée est la piscine extérieure). Bon petit déjeuner à un tarif honnête (10£/pers) avec du choix (continental+english). Emplacement parfait pour découvrir le front de mer de Torquay."
