Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. « Place was nice but the washer/dryer combo took forever. Water in the shower was luke warm i didn't call in site that can be fixed. It got down into the 50's and no heat. Bring a blanket! »

« The property was ok. Beautiful house but a bit run down. Not enough utensils in the kitchen for cooking and eating. The swimming pool is amazing, clean and heated. The dry sauna works well. The wet sauna does not work and the jacuzzi is not operable. The garden is one of the best features, it felt like paradise. It is a great place for a quiet family stay.
