„Great location - right in the heart of all the parts of London we like to visit! Nice fully equipped kitchen, as well. Seamless check-in process. Unfortunate to find several broken furnishings, a non-working front door key fob, unappealing patio furniture and beds that were not King-sized (according to US standards). That said, the property managers were very helpful in attending to our needs and addressing things, hopefully for the next guests.“

„It is hard to beat the location of The Leonard. Sitting on the edge of Marylebone and Mayfair, it's easy to get anywhere. The hop on hop off buses have a large stop two blocks away. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. It was a great home base for our London adventure. I would definitely stay there again.“

„The host was to email me a few days before awith the address and access details but never did. I had to chase them several times before eventually getting a response while waiting to find out where I was staying. To make matters worse, the map pin was completely wrong, adding another 10 minutes' walk back past the apartment. Not a great start. Calling this a "Luxury Apartment" is laughable. The living room looked like a storage cupboard, with a full-size spare mattress stored upright and other ...
