« We loved this flat in a very historic building. Location is in a wonderful neighbourhood just far enough from the hustle and bustle of City centre but still very accessible. Perfect location to travel to and from Wimbledon, lots of pubs and dining options. For those who do not like the heat and/or are not cooled by fans alone, this may not be a choice - however the retained historic charm far outweighs the lack of air conditioning. Avery is a very responsive host - great communication. »

« Lovely little base for exploring everything the Lakes has to offer. Apartment lovely and clean, and ideally located with several shops and eateries nearby. Parking was fine for us with it being a quieter time of year (street parking) but I would imagine this would be a bit trickier in the busier months. « I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...

« The property was unique. It is an old/ historic property. Some of the furnishings are old and torn such as the desk chair. The furniture needs steam cleaning. Bed in the primary was like sleeping on a hammock. The pillows were old but sheets were clean and duvet was good Bathrooms were dated. »

« Couldn’t beat the location which was a 10 minute walk to the centre of Harrogate. We found it easy to find, and the car park space was ample for our Mazda CX30. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The only slight criticism worth mentioning was it would definitely benefit from couple of fans for the lounge as it was very hot (it wasn’t a heatwave outside). I would recommend. »

« We stayed for 2 nights, came for the Bath Half. The apartment is in a fantastic location. We didn’t cook at all at the property as we wanted to eat out but you could have easily if you wanted to. We ate breakfast in the cafe below the flat and it was wonderful. »
