„The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten “

„This was one of my favorite stays. Communication with the host was a breeze, and she was so kind. This little cottage looks so simple from the outside, but it anything but simple. It's updated, has a well stocked kitchen, and is thoughtfully decorated. The fireplace creates a cozy space. The hot tub is the perfect way to end the day. The real star was the shower.
