„PROS: Exactly as pictured. It’s in an older neighborhood felt very safe. It’s been remodeled probably in the last four years inside. All the appliances work. washer &dryer in the garage was very convenient. FYI agitator goes few seconds before the water starts filling up. Bring soap & dryer sheets.
