First - the management tried to give me a room that's a lower standard than the room in the pictures. After requesting to leave the hotel they showed me few other rooms and ended admitting the room in the picture doesn't exist so I put me in a slightly better room. « We absolutely loved our stay! The loft apartment was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos. The floor-to-ceiling window with the city view was stunning, and we loved the layout with the living room downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. The location was perfect—Grandview Mall was right downstairs, with another large mall just across the street, plus many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were always warm, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here...
