This delightful 130 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the ground floor.

The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city and a large dining table where they can share meals together.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing while cooking. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals. A washing machine is included for extra comfort.

There are three beautiful bedrooms: two of them include a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces, and the third one has two single beds and an ample wardrobe.

Two bathrooms that have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Marinhas, in Esposende, Portugal, is a charming coastal village known for its beautiful beaches like Praia de Marinhas, which are perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Its scenic coastal trails and peaceful atmosphere make it ideal for a relaxing getaway.

Beyond the beach, Marinhas offers historic sites, local markets, and delicious seafood. With easy access to the Cávado River and the North Coast Natural Park, it’s a great spot for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

The property is easily accessible by car. Private parking is included in the property.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 31-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
