« House was clean and ready for our stay. Really liked the location and beach access. »

« Communication wasn't great. House is beautiful but doesn't have all of the amenities noted in the description. Location was excellent. The house was comfortable for our group of 8 but serving pieces didn't work well for preparing food for a large group. Elevator was not working during our stay. We had the service techs at the house for a day and a half. Requested a partial refund for the inconvenience but management didn't agree. »

« Beautiful house, close to everything, safe, very responsive, and very clean. The house has everything you could ever want. We wanted for nothing. I would highly recommend. »

« The home had potential, but a few details made the stay less comfortable than expected. Both bathrooms would benefit from basic amenities like hairdryers and tissues. The bed frame felt unstable, and the mattresses weren’t very comfortable, which affected sleep quality. Family room lacked seating, only comfortably sat three people. The biggest disappointment was the pool — it was not heated at all, making it unusable during our stay. The layout was also a bit odd, with the basement unit bedroom...

« I was so very pleasantly impressed by this little b&b! It was very clean, and has old charm with new upgrades. The bathroom in the citrus room was SO beautiful. The beds were more firm but I do like that. It was quiet even being on a main road. Breakfast had a little bit of something for everyone. As a vegetarian, I was able to have a full breakfast! We stayed for our anniversary and wanted a nice place and I would highly recommend to others. »

« The rental is nice for a family trip to Cape Coral/Fort Myers and is conveniently located. The 'family room' with the pool table is great to relax at the end of the day. We had a very nice stay and would happily recommend it. »
