„Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here.“

The little den area was so cozy and perfect for my daughter to watch tv and play. Loved the pool! There are plenty of towels and outdoor places to sit- excellent value. Situated in a very nice and quiet neighboorhood, everything was spotless clean and very well decorated, we immediately felt at home as soon as we walked in. The pool area is amazing, seems pretty new - and there is plenty of room in the pool area with lots of loungers and chairs and umbrellas and garden space. „This property was perfect for our family vacation. It has everything you need to enjoy your time in Naples. Best part was all the nice beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers and sand toys. Game room kept our boys entertained and the pool was perfect. This house was extremely clean and the bed were very comfortable! Property manager responded immediately and was great to work with. „This was the 4th year that we have rented during the winter and this house was the best we have rented. The location is great, sets on a street off the main streets, so the traffic is not an issue. It is 15 - 20 minute drive to several restaurants, mini golf, golf courses, and shopping. The house is a good size, comfortable furniture and well equipped. The best issue is the lanai. „Home was nice, clean and comfortable. Proximity to beach great & we were able to ride bikes to beach. Also close to great shopping/ restaurants. Outdoor area was good with TV. Small issues were- grill didnt work, had to go through bedrooms to pool. Overall, good stay& would go back.“

„This property is located in an ideal location. It is walkable to the beach and restaurants, and still seems very private.. the house was large open and comfortable. We had a great time in the pool. It’s not a very large pool, but it fit our entire family and we had a great time and used the barbecue. A beautiful bonus to the property is an osprey nest just outside the second floor we watched the parents feed the chicks nonstop during our stay and we were overjoyed. We will definitely come back.“
