« Loved our stay! The beds were clean and soft. The laundry machines were so convenient and that balcony was super relaxing and easy to enjoy. The bathrooms were fully equipped and very nice! I loved the Kcup coffee machine and the kitchen island, plus their lighting! Super close to grocery, beaches, and Water Park! »

« Great surroundings condo was clean and well kept. »

« Liked this condo. Very well furnished. Funny story looked for a frying pan and didn't immediately fine one. Later opened the oven and it was packed with frying pans! Large TV and other amenities, very nice condo! »

« We had fun staying here. The kids had a blast in the pool everyday and they kayaked and fished. House is good size we had 2 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. Brian was easy to work with and answered very fast to any concerns. Would recommend this property to families that dont want to spend all day everyday at the beach to swim and have fun. »

« Booked a family trip w my young adult kids. Son is now a student at local university!From the moment I booked the property, to my questions prior to arrival and throughout the entire journey…this Vrbo and owners were AWESOME!Spotless, safe, quiet, with TONS of amenities for everything from cooking/grilling your own meals, to swimming, kayaking/ paddle boarding and fishing…this PERFECT VRBO IS A MUST STAY!! « We had hoped to be in a comfortable room within walking distance of things to do. We were 4 blocks from the beach. An easy walk to eateries. Enjoyed our stay. »

« This is not our first stay in 803. There are the best views of the sunrise and sunsets! The condo has everything you need and very clean. Our host are the Best!! Loved the coffee bar this year. There was a water main break in Bonita Springs that affected us for a short amount of time but we had water before the evening was over. We enjoyed the pool and my husband loved the fishing in the bay. We visited Sanibel Island one day and a beach in Bonita Springs. Plenty of local restaurants and ice...

« We had a great day at this lovely condo. The place was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics needed for coffee and cooking. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The screened in porch was great for breakfast and the poos was very nice. pool. It is also an easy and short drive to the beach and to where our family live. My daughter loved how close we were to Royal Scoop. Will definitely consider booking again. »

« Resort was great but our apartment ( 1136 ) was really old fashioned and dusty. We killed a big cockroach. Sheets smelled airless. For the price we paid, I found this was overprized. I will never book this place again. »

« Two of our kids had a soccer tournament in Naples so we decided to make a small vacation out of it. This unit was perfect and was better than described. The cleanliness and host was the best part. Highly recommend! »

« My son and I stayed here while he competed in the Open Water Zone Championships at Lynn Hall Memorial Park. The location couldn’t have been better. The unit is freshly redone and was clean. We loved the easy access to the beach and to the shops/restaurants. »

« Overall the property looks great and we love the walking distance to the beach. We understand this community is still renovating and getting back on its feet from Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed our visit. The elevator is still not operational so be prepared to climb some steps with all your travel gear. The fire alarm kept going off in the adjacent building. These were the only negative points in our visit. »

"Nous avons apprécié notre séjour nous y sommes restés 1 nuit c’était suffisant Petite piscine mais sur la plage très agréable Déçu de la plage soit disant avec des coquillages il n’y en avait pas …mais rien à voir avec l’hôtel "

"Après avoir quitté l’hôtel j’ai reçu une facture de 50$: “resort fee”, qui ne couvre rien du tout, pour 25$, parking: 20$, et j’ai demandé au front desk un cachet contre le mal de crâne cela m’a été facturé 5$. En plus la table de nuit était envahie de petits insectes qui ressemblent à des puces de lit… Je me suis plaint au front desk je n’ai pas eu gain de cause. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel."
