The private balcony is perfect for slow mornings or quiet evenings watching the sunset while grilling. After a day exploring Estes Park or Rocky Mountain National Park, guests love unwinding in the cozy 4-person hot tub, warming up in the sauna, or watching the abundant wildlife.

The Mary’s Lake area is a great place to view wildlife. You will see elk, deer, bear, bobcats, fox, and others.

If you want to go fishing, Mary’s Lake has the largest trout in Estes Park! You are only a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk from the lake. Of course, there are other fly-fishing options in Rocky Mountain National Park and in the Estes Valley.

Estes Park is a true mountain destination, which means weather and wildlife are part of the experience. Snow conditions can change quickly in winter months, so a vehicle suited for mountain driving is recommended when storms are possible.

The 8-person hot tub and 2-person sauna are available for guest use, and we ask that guests follow the posted guidelines for safety and proper operation.

This home is located within an HOA community. Exterior maintenance, including snow removal for walkways and the roof, is handled by the HOA on their schedule, so timing may vary during active weather.

Cell service can occasionally be spotty in the mountains depending on your carrier, though high speed Wi-Fi is provided.

This is a pet-free home to maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
