Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. « 5 bedrooms 4 had king size beds with one queen. 2 living rooms lots of tvs with a projection tv in the family room. 3.5 baths makes it good for lots of people.
