« I was disappointed staying here. It absolutely did not sleep more than maybe 3 people. The bathroom was dirty. This is as bare bones as you can get- no amenities, no shampoo, or lotion or anything in the bathroom, no coffee or anything in the kitchen. The pool was ok, but the neighbors weren't kid friendly. I didn't feel super safe here. Wouldn't come back. »

« Property seemed great from reviews- but we were so disappointed!!! This listing quoted it 'sleeps 3' when the studio only had 1 queen bed, and a dirty small bench that did not pull out to a bed...and no other place for a 3rd person to sleep. « We were very impressed with the property manager's prompt communication and ability to respond to questions in less than an hour. Bed was very comfortable (you just never really know and we're picky!) and really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel (smelled great!) in the bathroom. Couple of minor suggestions: Bed sheets were not cotton so a little on the hotter side, we could have used a few extra towels (if we would have asked I am positive the property manager would have brought...

« Host had good communication and room was very clean. The one downside was parking I would say it would be very good for someone who is using an uber but if you bring your own car it’s very hard to find parking especially at night. »
