„We chose this location because we were attending an event at the Phoenix Convention Center. The location is super close. The community was clean and very quiet. We used the weight room and hung out at the pool area. The pool was NOT heated which was disappointing, but not the owners fault. „Vince was very on top of the process, details were laid out for us before check in and it was simple. Fun little studio apartment. It's a great location, if you're in need of some sort of night life or need a place for a date night, this is where you should stay. „We were very impressed with the property manager's prompt communication and ability to respond to questions in less than an hour.
