« Magnifique hôtel propre calme personnel accueil je reviendrai . »

« Despite the room being clean, comfortable beds and pillows: check in was 3 pm ( we arrived 3:30 pm) however we did not get our room or access to services such as the pool until 4:45 pm when we finally got our room. Yea, that is correct from when we went to the counter and filled out the forms we had to wait over an hour to get access to our room. This is a large hotel so the simple task of streaming check in should have been a lot better. »

« Absolutely Horrible — Do Not Stay Here Our stay at Grand Alver Otel was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. The room was filthy, smelled terrible, and felt completely neglected. The AC did not work, electrical wiring was coming out of the walls, there were holes in the drywall, and the floorboards were coming up. The bathroom was disgusting, and the shower did not work. There were no proper mattresses or blankets, and the tiny TV did not even turn on. Anytime I tried to plug...

« Amazing hotel and staff. Room was fantastic large and comfortable. Hüseyin and his wife were wonderful, lovely people and always helpful. Thank you 🙏 »
