Our family of 6 found something really special here.Weā€™ve been to Eureka before, but this was our first time staying at this spotā€”and it felt like we stepped into a little pocket of magic. This space wrapped us in warmth and comfort the moment we arrived. That big, beautiful couch cradled our tired bodies and full hearts after long days spent exploring, laughing, and tasting the best of town.The location? Absolutely dreamy. You walk out the door and you're in itā€”surrounded by shops, cafes, and that unmistakable Eureka soul.But what weā€™ll remember most: the tall windows that opened to the heartbeat of the street below. We sat and watched the world go by, and when we opened those windowsā€”oh, the music. The sound of guitars drifting up from the street became our nightly lullaby.This wasnā€™t just a stay. It was a pause. A reconnection. A reminder of how good it feels to slow down and be together.Thank you for giving us that. Weā€™ll absolutely be back.

Not only was this property the perfect location for our girls trip, the interiors were roomy and SO cute! Iā€™m an interior designer and was impressed! The owner was so kind and prompt with all communication too. I highly recommend this property.

This condo is attractive, clean, comfortable (we had four adults in our party), and in the perfect location for enjoying downtown Eureka Springs. The owners provided excellent parking and sight seeing recommendations and were extraordinarily responsive to all inquiries that we had. If you like being in the middle of the action (and can handle stairs), this is the place for you!

We attended a wedding at the Basin Hotel and it was so close. A very short walk down the sidewalk to the hotel. I had no idea there were such nice places located right downtown. We were very pleased with the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen & living room. We would stay there again.

The property is just as advertised. Clean and all the right amenities if you are looking to stay right in the middle of the downtown area. Open the windows and hear all the happenings of the folks walking up and down the sidewalks with some occasional street performers as well. Close to everything. Communication with Dalton was easy and fast. An A host.

Spent two nights at condo enjoying sights and sounds of Eureka Springs. The location was perfect. Parking difficult to find. Once found and you pay the daily $10 fee you donā€™t want to move. Master bedroom was nice, bed was a king and was firm. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms could use bed upgrades. Not very supportive

This property was perfectly located near many of the natural springs, restaurants, and all the shops. The property was clean and had ample space. Decor was really nice and everything was comfortable. My family really enjoyed their stay. The only downfall to the property was that parking is not included and is difficult to find due to the steep streets and limited parking overall.

This property is in a great area downtown. The rooms were clean and the couch was amazingly comfortable. The only downside to this property is steps and parking. The entrance to the condo has steps directly next to it. So, if you were leaving the condo there are steps to the left to go down to the street door. So be careful. Also, the master bedroom has a step up after you open the door to bedroom. Someone could fall going down the step to open the door. Itā€™s hard to explain. The master bedroom locks from the den/dining area so donā€™t get locked in the master bedroom. The laundry area is in the master bedroom as well. Parking was not bad during the week. However, we had a hard time finding a parking spot during the weekend.

We stayed at On Top of Eureka over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The process from booking to obtaining directions, parking, locating the condo, and accessing the condo was very smooth. No issues. The location is extremely convenient, located directly on Spring Street (aka, one of the main "shopping streets") in the historic part of Eureka Springs. The condo is spacious, well-maintained, and is supplied with most everything you need. The bathroom in the master bedroom consists of a sink and walk in shower without the ability to close a door of any kind. The toilet is separated as a water closet. That didn't bother us but it might be helpful to list in the description for future renters. Additionally, the other two bedrooms are adjacent to each other with a nice sized bathroom across the hallway. While the following was not significant, we did note the cleaning crew could do a little better job when wiping down surfaces because we could see fingerprints / handprints where surfaces had not been wiped down. Additionally, there were paper towels or rags stuffed in a few corners of the brick. The condo is in a historic building so it's possible that was intentional / pending a repair or it could have also been missed by the cleaning crew. Again, not significant (more odd) and would not stop us from renting On Top of Eureka again. It's a great condo, great location, and we had a wonderful visit over the holiday! Thank you!

We loved staying at the Top of Eureka! Especially loved having three bedrooms so that our adult sons could each have their own room and we also had some privacy. Great people watching from your living room, and great location to so many shops and restaurants/bars. Thanks for the great accomodations!!! Excellent communication with owners as well.

Pictures DONā€™T lie! This place was trendy cute, bigger then expected and super convenient. Eureka Springs is getting a nice night life with a ghost tour and bar across the way and we thought maybe it would be loud - nope! It was perfect! The people watching was great and the parking was manageable thanks to the hostsā€™ guidance. Would totally recommend!
