« Worst experience we have ever had with any rental across multiple platforms. Please ban these people from VRBO and any similar website.1) We arrived and followed the check in instructions exactly. However, the keys they provided did not work. We asked for assistance through the app and attempted to call multiple times. The owner was very slow to respond and not able to offer helpful solutions. Their only guess was that the door might have been jammed. Ultimately we were forced to book a hotel...
