„Samer was very responsive. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a little outdoor balcony. Parking was street parking and we never had any issues finding a spot. The location is close to downtown and the Ford Center. The neighborhood is older and they are trying to refurb it. “

„We just needed an overnight accommodation so we did not have to drive 2 hours after attending a concert. This was perfect for us, easy to get to, close to concert venue, and very comfortable. Check in was very easy and the owners were very quick to message me upon rental. Their pre-checkin instruction was very clear. „The apartment was not the same apartment that was in the picture. At the time, It listed a King size bed. It was a full size. It also listed a washer and dryer. Evidently, there was one in the basement that the whole building shared. It was not clean at all. We paid for four nights and left after one. “

"I kinda missed reading that the parking was at additional cost which was kind of a bummer considering the high prices per night. We didn’t have much choice in places to stay so this was the most adequate option. Though I’d say for what you pay the bathroom should have been way cleaner! Anyways if I’d have to go to Evansville ever again I guess I’d stay there "
