The vibrant village of Broadway is 6 miles away and has an eclectic mix of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. The cottage is in an ideal location to explore the wider Cotswold region with Stow-on-the-Wold (14 miles) and Bouton-on-the Water (18 miles) both within easy reach. The area is popular with walkers with many beautiful trails in the area as well as many National Trust owned estates including Dovers Hill (4.5 miles) and Hidcote (6.8 miles), ideal for a day out exploring.


After a busy day exploring the area, make your way into this lovely property which gives you a real home from home feel as you enter. Head straight into the fully equipped country style kitchen with dining area, a great space to cook together using some of the areas local produce. Across from the kitchen is a good size lounge area with comfortable sofas and more examples of the exposed beams that are throughout the property. There is a Smart TV and an electric feature fireplace. Head upstairs and off the landing you will find the two bedrooms, one twin and one double plus a shower room with WC. Please note, the double bedroom is open to the landing and staircase, but a privacy curtain is provided.


To the front of the property there is a seating area. To the rear of the estate there is a shared lawned paddock area, great for families to enjoy ball games and direct access to some lovely walks and cycle routes.
