« Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all. Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again. »

« I now can't remember how many times we've stayed in the lighthouse apartment at Sunnybeach, but this was the latest in a long line of visits, and once again didn't disappoint. We arrived early on the first day, after a now very familiar drive from North Bucks, dumped the car in the on-site car park and set about the business of walking for 2mins to the main street and having a pint and some lunch, followed by a quick 5min stroll to the pier because, well, you have to, it's the seaside. « This was our 3rd stay at the Muntham Appartments (6th stay with Torquay holiday Lettings in total) & was fantastic as always. Grant & Adam always make us feel very welcome and valued guests. Our room was spotlessly clean as always and stocked with the essentials, as well as some lovely treats too. Brody (our doggie) is always happy staying here, he’s supplied with useful throws/towels etc. as well as some tasty treats and lots of affection from both Grant & Adam and is always excited to see...

« The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care. »

« Very clean and came with all the amenities we required. The Smart TV was able to be moved around so we could enjoy TV whilst eating or whilst in bed. A very convenient location right in the epicentre of where we wanted to go/what we wanted to do, very cosy on the inside too! Hosts were great with communication and we'd absolutely return again! »

« This is a very clean home that had what we needed during our holiday. Naveed was very easy to deal with and had great communication. It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open. »

« We had a very relaxing break at this beautiful cottage in what was a very soggy weather week. The only thing I would say in slight criticism,is that the heating could have been a little better. I do take blood thinners so feel the cold easily, so maybe just me! A very pretty location and central to everything we wanted for our break. If you visit, I would absolutely recommend the Churh House inn just a stroll away. Fantastic hospitality, food and atmosphere. We will definitely return. Thankyou...

« We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it very slippery . The canisters which may have held tea and sugar were empty . The name on the lockbox has faded . On the plus side it was a great location »

« A last minute stay was made so comfortable in Adam’s cabin. Quite, warm, spotlessly clean in a location that made walking to see my daughter and access to the town centre so easy. Adam was very prompt in replying to questions and very accommodating when I had to change my visit at the last minute. Would stay again. »
