  • Cette maison de quatre chambres et deux salles de bains a été aménagée de façon spectaculaire, parfaite pour vos prochaines vacances. Cette propriété a été conçue pour profiter de la vue. Amarrez votre bateau sur votre ponton flottant privé ou regardez le coucher du soleil avec votre boisson préférée sur le grand pont. - Wifi gratuit En haut Master suite - King size room avec dressing et salle de bains attenante. Chambre 2 Queen Sized Chambre 3 Queen Sized Chambre 4 Un lit superposé avec lit et table à langer. (le linge pour le lit n'est pas fourni) Salle de bain semi attenante Plate-forme En bas Cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon Blanchisserie WC séparé Grand pont Cette propriété a des portes pour enfants en haut et en bas des escaliers et dispose d'un jardin sécurisé le rendant parfait pour les enfants. Une jetée flottante est également incluse avec un espace pour un bateau de 11 m (aucune électricité ou eau disponible à la jetée). Abri de voiture et garage ne sont pas accessibles pour les clients. Deux espaces pour voitures ou bateaux sans problèmes de dédouanement. S'il vous plaît noter: Désolé, pas d'animaux, ne pas fumer à l'intérieur, restrictions de bruit s'appliquent entre 22 heures et 8 heures. A bit disappointed

Felt like it used to be a luxury stay that hasn’t been maintained. Plenty of space kitchen items but mostly pretty old and worn Laundry - an empty laundry liquid container and the washing machine dispenser all clogged up so didn’t use Insufficient toilet paper for stay Towels old and stained Mattresses poor - ended up changing to a smaller bed mid stay as was getting too sore on soggy main bed Lots of pictures missing off hooks around the house Most of the blinds were damaged and one in the main bed missing Batteries seemed flat in remotes making it hard to operate Sink in upstairs bath clogged and didn’t drain Water never got past warm (boost didn’t seem to make any difference) Shower head in ensuite leaking so you had water spitting at you (cool) and started running spontaneously on 2 nights Rug in lounge needs non slip mat under it - dangerously slippery Lounge worn, dirty and holes Seating on main room deck worn stained and torn Speakers on deck rusted BBQ exterior not clean (didn’t use so not sure about interior or functionality) All of the above you don’t mind for a budget accommodation but when you’re paying $800+ per night for 6 nights it’s disappointing.

Beautiful house but infested

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and located in the perfect spot with morning sun and protection from the winds. The kitchen was well equipped, but if fishing best to bring your own freezer. The main problem with the house was the infestation of **** roaches (needs to be professionally sprayed) and the state of the house. We spent the first 2 days cleaning the house. Especially under the couches where we found dog food & used drugs and spider webs everywhere. Also had to scrub the BBQ. Given the $500+ cleaning fee would have expected the house to be spotless initially. Someone before us ad also broken into the owners cupboard.

July get away

Good house, just some information regarding hot water booster and lighting BBQ would have been appreciated. Otherwise very comfortable and sunrise on the back deck was awesome.
