„The place was amazing. Perfectly clean and ideally situated, with gorgeous mountain views. One small issue...If you enjoy sitting on the patio and staring at the mountain views, the noise from the street below is unusually loud. (This probably has to do with the topography, and there's likely nothing that can be done about it.) Once the doors are closed, it is very quiet inside the house.“

„Our stay was just for two, overnight, and we hated to leave. Cozy and quiet and a deck made for coffee and enjoying the outdoors. If you are bringing your family it is really a lot of accommodation for the price. Highly recommend!“

„Five Star Weekends are perfect when you stay at Faber Farmhouse! From the well appointed interiors to the convenient location among Charlottesville's top notch wineries, everything was just perfect for a girls weekend getaway! Everyone loved how well decorated the rooms were and the attention to detail that was obvious. The large dining table provided a great place for us to both eat and play games, and the family room was comfortable enough for five of us to cozy up in front of the TV. Even ...

„This is a great place with lots of space for families to sprawl, cook together and have a good time. We only had six adults but can see how the house would accommodate double that with plenty of elbow room. I highly recommend if you need a house to please lots of people.“

„Loved our time here! It was a clean and beautiful house! The communication with the owner was great. The mountain roads to the house were a little scary. The freezer had 3-4 old fashioned ice trays which were inconvenient if you needed more ice. The refrigerator temperature was so cold that our milk and our pitcher of water was turning into ice. There was some food stuck on the coffee table out at the hot tub area. The hot faucet in one of the bedroom bathrooms needs to be tightened. Everything ...

„Really the perfect cabin for a quiet getaway. It is absolutely as advertised, super clean, comfortable layout, and communication with the owners couldn’t have been easier. The kids spent plenty of time in the hot tub! Thanks Sarah & Daniel!“

„Great property, the kids enjoyed the games, hot tub, and creek. Highly recommend!“

„This place is very well located for the Afton/Crozet/Nellysford attractions, especially breweries and wineries. Very serene and well appointed with nice, thoughtful touches. Hosts are very attentive and available should the need arise. Great place for a mountain getaway!!“

„Super clean and well decorated“

„I loved it!! Nice and quiet.“

„This property was spotlessly clean, carefully and well furnished, with clear instructions about everything. The location was peaceful and quiet, and we were treated to seeing a doe and young fawn not long after arriving. With no traffic or other noise, we had a restful stay. The host's communications were welcoming and comprehensive. While off the main roads, it is still convenient to attractions and amenities in Waynesboro. This is a perfect place to unwind; with several more rooms on the ...

„Stayed here for 1 week the place was gorgeous and it was very modern and well divided. The house is a 10/10 overall just a couple of things that could be better. The house never got under 74ish degrees inside and there isn’t much airflow in the house making it very hard to sleep if you like your room cold at night. We had a bear that kept taking our trash and dragging it all over the yard and into the woods. And besides some small but noticeable details like all the glass in the house need a ...

„Awesome location with 4 bed, 4 bath. Lots of room.“

„This house is nothing short of adventurously amazing! Super accommodating, full of all the essentials, and each room is its own journey. We will definitely be returning!!“

„Great house and location near lots of activities. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Very nice to sit and relax on the deck. The host was quick to respond to any questions and communication was great. Definitely recommend if you are looking to stay somewhere along 151 or near Wintergreen.“

„Mountain Mama is a beautiful home with wonderful views! The pictures are very accurate for all the rooms and views. We had four couples stay for a long weekend and had plenty of space. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much all you need for cooking and the grill works well. The house is also conveniently located to breweries and wineries. We had no issues with our wine tour bus getting up to the house. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place to friends!“

„We had a really nice stay. The place felt brand new, was very clean, and everything was in great shape. You can tell it’s well cared for, with thoughtful touches like fresh linens, towels, toiletries, coffee and tea, other amenities, and a great guidebook. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The house had plenty of space for everyone to have their own room, and the game room was a nice bonus. The street was extremely quiet, and the surroundings were peaceful and pretty. Great ...
