« Hôtel dans une rue pentue sur différents niveaux ou il faut changer d'ascenseur pour arriver au garage /réception. La salle pour le petit déjeuner est très petite, donc éviter les départs d'autocar, il n'y a plus aucune place. Avec des enfants, j'avais demandé deux chambres proches, la réponse de la réception mais c'est le même étape quand il y a 2 couloirs à travers, ce n'est pas une bonne définition de proche. la fenêtre est bloqué fermée à la chambre 313. « The room smelt very badly of damp and the walls were very stained. The smell was so bad it caused breathing problems. I was unable to stay in it as it was causing me to wheeze. The owner wasn't present and so j had to wait for his return. He said he was unable to provide another room and would refund the money....I'm still waiting, that was 3 weeks or more ago »
