„What a cute property for budget accommodations. It was bigger than I expected and loved the King bed and comfortable sheets. The full capacity washing machine and dryer were also a great bonus. “

„Das Hotel verfügt über 4 Zimmer und ist in einem alten Haus. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die vier Zimmer, im unteren Bereich gemeinsamer Küchenbereich ( Frühstücksraum) und ein Wohnzimmer. Die Schlafzimmer passen zum alten Haus es ist sehr gemütlich und verfügt über einen tollen Außenbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Vor der Anreise erhält man den Zugangscode per Mail und auch die Zimmer sind mit Türcode gesichert. Der Vermieter reagiert blitzschnell. War wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis wenn ...

„The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements.“

Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. „It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. “
