„The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, surrounded withe trees. the house is very old and dark and could use some TLC. The layout of the house is somewhat surprising, you need to go through sleeping rooms to get to other sleeping rooms or go through the outside. Some bathrooms are very old and water is leaking into the bathtub. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we would not advice long stay“

„This property was great for us. Communication with the owner is very professional and quick to respond. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more. „We are a group of young adult friends from all over the country who wanted to explore DC together for the first time. It was hot but the air conditioning was 10/10, lots of modern furnishings and amenities, and comfy beds. It was nice being in the newest construction on the block but the best part was the panoramic views from the rooftop balcony. We’d recommend ice trays or something because it was hard to find any ice in neighboring stores but everything else was great!“

„Sehr gute, zentrale Lage sowie gepflegte und sichere Umgebung. Die Corner-Suite für Familie mit zwei Kindern unter 14-15 Jahren sehr auskömmlich. Fitnessraum ebenfalls sehr gut, groß, mit vielen modernen Geräten. Das Schwimmbad war hingegen nicht sehr einladend, haben wir deshalb nicht genutzt.
