« The Paddler's Retreat is REALLY out of the way. We enjoyed our stay however, people need to understand that all services are limited. Due to Covid there is only a very limited breakfast, mostly cold. If you want tea, you will need to use the microwave. The range is not available. Furthermore, the options are more limited for dinner. There is only a gas station / limited eatery that stop serving at 6:30pm. The little town, Confluence is about 5 miles away. « Surprisingly great for a very affordable price! Bathroom seemed newly remodeled. Great service at the front desk. I left my Bluetooth speaker while biking GAP and last at the front desk gladly agreed to ship it to me. Dinner next door is phenomenal. Had the best gravy I've ever had »

« After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater. »

« The condo was perfect for our family. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/utensils to cook your own meals. Its a great place to get away with the family in nature, play board games and just spend time together. »

« When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time. »
